Living Wage not union busting!

26 August and 2 September: picket your local Picturehouse or Cineworld cinema!

Picturehouse workers have been in dispute with their employer Picturehouse for eleven months. They have been striking for the Living Wage and proper sick pay and maternity payments. But the employer hasn’t been listening.

Cineworld, a company that saw £80million profits last year, has refused to meet with their workers’ union, BECTU: and they have recently sacked four BECTU trade union reps and suspended a fifth!

We are organising a day of community action to support the strike.

See here for materials you can use on the picket line.

We need your money! Check here for details on our fundraising activity.
